Researchers, practitioners, and policymakers are encouraged to submit abstracts of up to 300 words, highlighting the relevance and originality of their work.
We invite researchers, journalists, policymakers, and activists to submit abstracts for paper presentations or panel discussions on the conference themes. Submissions should address the challenges and opportunities for ensuring the safety of journalists and promoting press freedom in diverse contexts.
One day of the conference will be dedicated to the presentation of scholarly papers regarding conference topics. These include, but are not limited to, Legal Protection and Accountability, Digital Security, Safety in Conflict Zones, Covering Crisis and Disasters, Trauma Journalism, and Gender and Diversity. We invite researchers, journalists, policymakers, and activists to submit abstracts for paper presentations or panel discussions on the conference themes. Submissions should address the challenges and opportunities for ensuring the safety of journalists and promoting press freedom in diverse contexts.
The accepted papers will be added to a collective volume representing the Safety of Journalists Training School and the following international conference.
